  This company is highly unprofessional. Does not follow up or keep the family informed. We had to repeatedly call to get any new information about when we would get my father's ashes. They would tell us a day he would be ready, that day would pass and then we would have to call to find out what was going on. Tried to speak to someone about their lack of communication and got someone completely unprofessional. He made constant excuses and even tried to blame us for their failures. Turns out I was speaking to the actual owner. Don't bother taking your loved ones here, you're better off with someone in Bloomington.

  We had a wonderful experience with Duffy-Pils. They were extremely professional, considerate and helpful. They made a difficult process as seamless as possible.
